Each level is an 8-hour course. To become a Reiki practioner, one must be attuned to the Reiki energies by a Reiki Master who opens the Chakras, thus allowing the Reiki energy to flow freely. A Reiki Master traditionally is one who has been trained to instruct on the proper usage and direction of this intelligent energy. Once attuned to Reiki, one will always be attuned to Reiki.
